We educate the will

Will is a fundamental pillar of personality. Our students live in a postmodern society in which Homo sapiens, governed by intelligence and will, is being usurped by Homo sentimentalis, which places sentiment above reason.

For this reason, forging will is more important than ever.

At Mater Salvatoris School we aim to produce:

  • Truly liberated young women, who are able to determine the course of their lives regardless of their surroundings and circumstances.
  • Young women with grand ideals, who are able to fight with all their might for a particular cause.
  • Young women who do not succumb to hardship and display steadfastness and conviction in pursuit of their goals.

In a society where decisions are made based on desire, emotion and pleasure, Mater Salvatoris educates its students in the culture of truth, consistency and endeavour. In this way, when these young people are convinced by a cause, they devote themselves to it wholeheartedly and unconditionally.

For this reason, motivation, order, consistency and a mixture of joy and wonder are the most useful tools for fostering will.
